All subscription payments made on mocktests.assamjobmart.com are strictly non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
Once a subscription payment is successfully processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all subscription plans – Monthly (₹49), Quarterly (₹119) and Annual (₹299). We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rata refunds or refunds for unused days.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled after purchase. Once activated, your subscription will remain active for the full subscribed duration and will not be terminated early under any circumstances. There is no auto-renewal – you choose to renew when your plan expires.
MockTests by AssamJobMart is a digital online service. Upon successful payment, access to all mock tests is activated instantly. Since the service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, the Consumer Protection Act provisions for physical goods do not apply.
A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional case:
If you were charged for a payment but access was not activated within 24 hours of payment, and you provide proof of payment (UPI transaction ID / screenshot), we will investigate and either activate your account or process a refund within 7 working days.

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same plan in the same transaction period, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the transaction details. Duplicate payment refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 working days.
